Break of Dawn Yoga (Mondays at 6:30am) – Wake up on the mat, find an early morning stretch and strengthen, then head out to work. Yoga Strength (Tuesdays at 9:30 am) – Keeping the breath work, Keeping the flow, adding some intensity! This class follows a Vinyasa Flow format but adds intervals of strength training exercises. Squats, Rows, Lunges, and Mindful Crunches may all be included once the intervals start! All levels but very energetic class.
Core and Posture Flow Yoga (Wednesdays at 8:30 am) – Hatha yoga with an emphasis on core engagement and realigning our bodies from the “computer screen hump.” Focusing on strengthening our abdominal muscles while improving flexibility and gaining mobility in our shoulders and back. This class is great for all our life’s endeavors. Stretch, tone, and lengthen those muscles. All levels but very energetic class.
Slow Flow Yoga (Thursdays at 9:30 am) – Where a calm mind and strong body come together, flow and breath connect at a slower pace. Find the benefits of each pose and the transitions between them. Cultivate focus by taking the time to find your sweet spots, build muscle, and increase flexibility from the beginning to the end of each movement. This practice concludes with some restorative postures so you can feel calm, grounded, and energized, ready to take on the rest of your day. An all levels class.
JUST ADDED!! Vinyasa Flow Friday Yoga (Fridays at 9:30 am) -A fiery energetic practice that will strengthen and tone. Built around surya namiskar, or sun salutations, these sequences help to find body awareness through movement and breath connection. This class spends some time working toward fun “peak” poses. Whether Headstand or Bird of Paradise we are always finding what feels good! All levels but very energetic class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Saturdays at 9:00am) – The union of breath and movement, a fiery energetic practice that will strengthen and tone. Built around surya namiskar, or sun salutations, these sequences help to find body awareness through movement and the breath connection that leads us there. The perfect way to get ready for the weekend. All levels but very energetic class.
Qigong (Saturdays at 11:00 am) – Chinese energy exercises that are practiced to build a better mind-body connection, improve health and provide a meditative exercise. Qigong exercises can be as simple as standing still in a particular posture, or moving in a slow and focused form. Qigong is great for everyone, but especially for those seeking better health or overcoming mobility issues or looking for relief from stress and anxiety. An all levels class.
